Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene regulations:

Used or opened products are 100% NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.


✅ Returns Are Only Accepted If:

A return will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was shipped (incorrect size, color, or item).
  • The primary packaging is unopened and tamper-free.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product was purchased directly from our website: www.plowsh.com
  • You provide full details:
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Clear photo(s) of the wrongly delivered product

Refund Timeline:
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.


❌ Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Used or worn panties
  • Opened, washed, or tampered products
  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen display
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Discounted items, sale bundles, or promotional offers
  • Single item from a combo/bundle
  • Orders placed via third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in original bioplastic packaging.
  • All components must be intact (tags, labels, accessories, manuals, etc.).
  • The item must be returned as a complete set (no partial returns from combos).
  • You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

💸 Refunds

  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued only as store credit.
  • Prepaid Orders: Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the wrong item was delivered.
  • Every return/exchange/refund request is reviewed case-by-case by the Plowsh support team.
